Foods to Eliminate: The first step is to begin to eliminate foods that are stressful to the body. Here are a few to begin with;
Sugars: Refined White Sugar. Soda's, Candy, Sugar loaded products such as cakes, cereals and snack foods.
Refined sugar quickly raises blood sugar and causing undo stress on the pancreas and makes glucose management almost impossible. The body can't completely utilize the refined sugar so your body will store it as "FAT"!

The World Heart Federation said physical inactivity doubles the chances of developing heart disease and increases the risk of diabetes and high blood pressure.
The warning was issued ahead of World Heart Day on Sunday 29 September.

Begin with a brisk walk for 30 minutes a day. I you enjoy walking outside measure a mile and try to walk that mile in 15 minutes. Once you can do the 1st mile in 15 minutes add a second mile and try to do both in 30 minutes. If you have to exercise in home a treadmill is a great piece of equipment and can offer a variety of cardio exercises for you to do. If you do not have any equipment, put on some good music and walk in place for 20-30 minutes. You can march and swing your arms for extra cardiovascular benefits. The key is doing something!
